This page explains what information may be handled when you visit the ECKWC Building Campaign website, contact the club, or follow a link to make a donation.

Information you choose to provide

If you email ECKWC or otherwise contact the club, your message and contact information are received by ECKWC and may be used to respond to your request, discuss a gift, or administer your relationship with the campaign.

Online donations

Online donations are completed on Stripe's website. ECKWC's campaign website does not directly collect or store your payment-card or bank-account details. Information entered on Stripe is handled under Stripe's privacy policy.

Website services and technical information

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver, protect, and measure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and security events. Review Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Embedded videos and external links

The campaign site includes privacy-enhanced YouTube video embeds and links to third-party websites. Playing an embedded video or following an external link may allow that provider to receive information about your visit. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You may contact ECKWC to ask about information you previously provided, request a correction, or communicate your preferences about future contact. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations.
